"ACHTUNG! ALLES LOOKENSPEEPERS! Das computermachine ist nicht fuer gefingerpoken und mittengrabben... Relaxen und watchen das blinkenlights." From a sign in Stanford University, circa 1960. Inspired by this humor, the Chaos Computer Club celebrated their 20th anniversary by borrowing a 13 story building in Berlin's Alexanderplatz. Using 144 lightbulbs and 5 km of cabling, blinkenlights became the

world's largest interactive computer screen for several months, until they were asked to do the same thing in Paris in October. This time, they had 26 floors of 4 bit greyscale at their command. Ideal for Pacman. Or Tetris. Or Pong. All you needed to play was a mobile phone.
